We currently ship to the United States and CanadaFree shipping offer valid for US orders only.

US Shipping:

Remember: Your order may not ship until the next business day, so please consider this when choosing your shipping method. There is no UPS pick-up or delivery on Saturday or Sunday. There is no UPS pick-up on Monday, December 24. UPS orders will not ship before Wednesday, December 26.

Remember: Severe weather can delay deliveries and shipping will not be refunded in these instances.

Free Shipping: Yes! Even one pair of socks qualifies for free shipping! Ships via US Postal Service First Class Mail from Massachusetts. Arrives in approximately 7-10 days. It's free, but it may not be the quickest. 

Orders $45 or more will be upgraded to free USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, at our discretion.

$ 5.35 USPS Priority Mail up to $44.99. Priority Mail is a best effort by the US Postal Service to deliver within 3 days, but there is no guarantee.

COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES/WE WANT YOU TO GET YOUR SOCKS!

Enter the complete and correct shipping address.  Include apartment number, suite number, company name, etc... if applicable.  Orders with incomplete addresses will either be sent back to us by the Post Office/UPS or will be delayed in getting to the recipient.  Orders that are sent back to us as undeliverable will be credited back to your charge card minus the shipping charges we incurred.

Note: UPS charges a $10.00 fee for address correction. If the shipping address contains incorrect or incomplete information (missing apartment number, street number, etc.), the additional $10.00 fee will be charged to your credit card.

 

Canada Shipping:

Free shipping offer does not apply to Canadian addresses.

Shipments to Canada are via UPS Canada Standard shipping. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc...These fees are calculated at the destination and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping charges are based on order weight and calculated at checkout.

 

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We can not accept returns of opened/worn/"just tried on" products. Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

All clearance items are final sales. Clearance items that are returned will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged items, manufacturer defects, or shortages must be reported within 10 days. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Due to fluctuating inventory levels, we do not do exchanges. Just return the unwanted item as described above and place an order for the item you would like.
